喉外伤34例临床分析

摘要 目的 研究喉外伤的处理方法，为喉外伤的临床诊治提供有价值的资料。 方法 回顾性分析喉外伤34例病人的临床资料。 结果 34例中非手术治疗9例，呼吸发音都恢复正常；手术治疗25例，术后15例发音恢复正常，10例有不同程度声音嘶哑或发声低沉。 结论 喉外伤应按病情轻重程度进行早期处理。
