钛缆治疗锁骨非复杂型骨折

【摘要】 目的 评估钛缆治疗锁骨非复杂型骨折的临床效果。方法 对2003～2005年采用钛缆内固定的25例锁骨非复杂型骨折进行随访。骨折类型：创伤骨科学会(OTA)将骨干骨折列为简单型、楔型和复杂型[1]。术后平均随访12个月。结果 按Neer评分系统， 25例骨折愈合均为优良，平均愈合时间为2个月。术中、术后这些患者中均未发现并发症。结论 钛缆是一种治疗锁骨非复杂型骨折的有效方法。
