超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检2种方法比较

     【摘要】 目的 比较超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检的2种不同进针方法的成功率及并发症。方法 将120例有肾穿刺适应证的患者随机分成2组，应用自动活检装置，在超声引导下用穿刺枪取材，A组用斜角进针法，B组用垂直进针法。结果 一次穿刺成功率B组明显高于A组，取得标本的合格率及血尿的发生率两组差异均无显著性。结论 在正确使用活检枪的基础上，通过超声选择合适的穿刺部位、准确的导向及足够的进针深度对提高一次穿刺成功率、减少并发症的发生起决定性作用。B组的穿刺方法一次穿刺成功率较高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the successful rate and complications of percutaneous renal biopsy under ultrasound-guiding with two different puncture methods.Methods 120 patients who applied to undergo the renal biopsy were divided into two groups in random and punctured in an oblique angle(group A)or vertically (group B).The specimen were obtained by automatic biopsy gun under ultrasound-guiding.Results The successful rate of renal biopsy at the first time in group B was significantly higher than in group A.But the rate of effective biopsy specimen between the two groups had no significant difference.And the incidence of blood urea had also no statistic discrepanoy.Conclusion Using a biopsy gun correctly and selecting a suitable puncture point ......
